Congratulations for an exceptional weekend of artistic expression and professional behavior! You made a great impression on Keri, Stephen and Patti. I was also impressed by the way you made clear and specific choices with your monologues and were not afraid to take risks when the directors asked you to make adjustments. All three directors went out of their way to share their excitement about the manner in which you conducted yourselves.
Stage managers, thank you for well-oiled machine that ran smoothly. Without your organization and timeliness, the casting process wouldn't have been as successful.
So, bravo everyone for a job well done!
Finally, I would also like to share my enthusiasm for what I believe will a great fall semester of making theatre at VCU. There are three casts with a total of 46 parts including understudies. The male to female breakdown is 23 women and 23 men! What a perfect way to start the year. Many, many roles in the mainstage. Thanks once again for a great job!
